Time for a quick update!
Before I begin, I hope everyone had a fantastic Christmas! I was packing on my Australian Christmas day, then pretty jetlagged for my 2nd Christmas in LA but it was still great ^^ If you did anything special please share in the comments =)
Right now we are in Santa Barbara and have spent the afternoon on a Segway tour, which was probably more fun than the last time I Segway’d because Santa Barbara isn’t as quite flat and straight-forward as Venice Beach! So anyway, here is a small selection of the literally hundreds of photos I took over the last four days spent in LA:

Star Trek was a MAJOR disappointment. Has anyone else seen it and found it a let down?

I watched Lie to Me + four movies in total, one of which was shockingly bad so I didn’t take a photo of it. I’m not very good at sleeping on planes… I prefer to stay up and watch the in-flight entertainment.

Kidrobot Munny zipper pull from Royal T – a place I highly recommend you check out if you visit LA. (It has a maid cafe! And the art is a m a z i n g. And it also has a portable disco.)

When I saw these at this store called ‘TOKYO’ I was like OMMG!!!1!!1! because I saw them in Hotaru no Haka also known as Grave of the Fireflies.
Kawaii miniature foods… the lucky dip kind. I got one for my friend, but I’m still deciding whether just to keep the second one for myself xP
Tomorrow we’re off to San Luis Obispo for a couple of nights… then on to San Francisco! And on a completely random note, I’m going to try and see Avatar at San Fran IMAX. Has anyone seen it? What did you think?

i thought the star trek movie was okay, but its the only star trek show ive seen ^^; the miniature food look awesome! enjoy the rest of your trip ^_^
Yeah… It’s the only Star Trek I’ve seen too. I was excited mainly about who directed it (J.J. Abrams who did ‘LOST’ <3) and Zachary Quinto who's in Heroes.
The screens behind chair was just too small. I was only able to watch 1 movie max on my way to and from SG. After than I got a headache. -_-

I usually sleep on the plane and only wake up for the meals. Yes, I like to sleep. ^^
